Ik ben\u00a0technisch bedrijfskundige\u00a0en al geruime\u00a0tijd actief in het bankwezen en innovatief betalingsverkeer.<\/p>\n<p>Als <a title=\"Advieswerk\" href=\"https:\/\/simonl.org\/nl\/payments-and-banking\/\">zelfstandig adviseur<\/a> en gecertificeerd compliance professional help ik bedrijven met het voldoen aan de (toekomstige) regelgeving en de eisen van toezicht (of dat nu financieel toezicht, witwas-toezicht, dataprotectie-\/AI-toezicht is of concurrentie of gedragstoezicht).<\/p>\n<h5>Financi\u00eble geschiedenis<\/h5>\n<p>Daarnaast hou ik ervan om de verhalen uit onze <a href=\"https:\/\/simonl.org\/nl\/financieelerfgoed\/\">financi\u00eble geschiedenis<\/a> te delen. Ik heb\u00a0 het non-profit initiatief <a href=\"https:\/\/financieelerfgoed.wordpress.com\/\">Financieel Erfgoed<\/a> opgericht, een digitale gescheideniskaart en audio-tours gemaakt en geef rondleidingen en lezingen waarbij sinds 2018 de <a href=\"https:\/\/simonl.org\/nl\/financieelerfgoed\/de-iep-van-het-beursplein\/\">Iep die voor Beursplein 5 stond een grote rol heeft<\/a>. Van die boom heb ik <a href=\"http:\/\/iep.amsterdam\">houten Iepencenten<\/a> geslagen, zodat je \u00e9cht Amsterdamse geschiedenis in je handen kunt houden.<\/p>\n<h5>Human Rights in Finance (EU)<\/h5>\n<p>Tenslotte ben ik voorzitter van de stichting <a href=\"https:\/\/hrif.eu\/over-ons\/\">Human Rights in Finance (EU)<\/a> die zich inzet voor bescherming van grondrechten (o.a. onschuldpresumptie, recht om niet gediscrimineerd te worden, recht op privacy) in het geldwezen\/betalingsverkeer. In 2024, het eerste jaar van haar bestaan, slaagde de stichting erin om het <a href=\"https:\/\/hrif.eu\/2024\/07\/bankenstoppentmnl\/\">illegale Nederlandse bancaire sleepnet (dat 10 miljard transacties van burgers monitorde per jaar, alhoewel er geen wettige grondslag was) te doen stilzetten door banken<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h5>Muziek en mooie dingen &#8211; de Leliecast<\/h5>\n<p>Wie van mooie muziek houdt, kan bij onderstaande playlist terecht.
