De analyse geschiedt vanuit een speltheoretisch begrippenkader. Daarnaast zal een bedrijfskundige benadering gehanteerd worden om om recht te doen aan de grote diversiteit van invalshoeken die van belang is (monetair, maatschappelijke, technisch, juridisch) voor de marktpartijen.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel van het onderzoek is hierbij om op grond van de <a title=\"List of references\" href=\"https:\/\/simonl.org\/test.simonl.org\/nl\/listofreferences\/\">beschikbare literatuur <\/a>alternatieve hypotheses te formuleren welke het verloop van een sleutelmoment (\u2018formative events\u2019) in de ontwikkeling van de sector zouden kunnen verklaren. Een voorbeeld van zo\u2019n sleutelmoment is de oprichting van de Postcheque en Girodienst in 1918. Andere potenti\u00eble sleutelmomenten (een selectie moet nog plaatsvinden) worden verzameld en bijeengebracht in een totaallijst.<\/p>\n<p>De opzet van het onderzoek bestaat uit literatuurstudie en archiefonderzoek, aangevuld met gestructureerde interviews met de bij sleutelmomenten betrokken personen\/functionarissen.
